I think I’m going to start calorie counting! I really don’t eat good at all at the moment with exam stress and stuff! So if I give myself a limit of 1200 calories a day I reckon I can lose weight more easily! I WILL GO ON A RUN TODAY! I guess I’m starting over today! Starting again! But this will be the last time I start again for good! I want to get to 120lbs! Not sure what I am now and I don’t think I should weigh myself in the middle of the day! But tomorrow I will redo my blog and make it a lot more recent and me! I’ve also decided I’m going to do a fitness instructor course in November, and I want to eventually become a personal trainer/ nutritionist! I’m joining a gym as soon as exams start as well!! I have 3 months to make a dent into my lifestyle change!
